If show time is a 1p.m. then we start music at 12:45. At 12:50 I start blowing up the long skinny balloons and have kids holding the balloons for me. Then we put them all together to make the large monkey in the tree. Which I then give away to the person who can tell me the average age of the farmer in your state. All of this backs right up to a prompt 1 p.m. start time.
